Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Investment Specialist to join our Private Wealth Management division. The role involves developing and managing tailored investment strategies for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), ultra-HNWIs, and affluent clients. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of financial markets, a strong understanding of investment products, and a passion for delivering holistic wealth solutions that align with clients' long-term financial goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with Relationship Managers to assess clients’ financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences.
  2. Design and recommend customized investment portfolios across a range of asset classes including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, fixed-income products, structured products, and alternative investments.
  3. Conduct market research, macroeconomic analysis, and product comparisons to support informed investment decisions.
  4. Monitor and review client portfolios, offering periodic rebalancing strategies in line with market movements and client objectives.
  5. Deliver investment insights and market updates through reports and client meetings.
  6. Support the training and upskilling of relationship managers and other front-line staff on investment products and market trends.


Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  2. Minimum 4+ years of experience in investment advisory, portfolio management, or wealth management, preferably within an NBFC or financial services firm.
  3. Certifications such as NISM-Series V-A (Mutual Fund), NISM-Series X-A/B (Investment Adviser), CFP, or CFA preferred.
  4. Strong understanding of NBFC investment products and the Indian wealth management ecosystem.
  5. Excellent analytical skills and a client-centric mindset.


Preferred Skills:

  1. In-depth knowledge of mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, fixed deposits, bonds, and structured products.
  2. Familiarity with financial planning software and tools (e.g., Morningstar, Bloomberg, CRM systems).
  3. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and personalized manner.
  4. Strong presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
